Sacred Play is a process of self-discovery using creativity.

Let your art supplies take you deeper... past the noise, to what you need to know.

"I don't know who I am anymore."

It happens gradually. We drift from ourselves. Raising children. Building careers. Caring for everyone else. All of them valuable. All of them an investment in others.

Time passes. The conversations with ourselves lessen. And the relationship weakens. Because of it, decisions become harder, autopilot becomes the norm, and life loses its luster. For the creative woman, making becomes challenged.

Sacred Play brings you back into conversation with yourself and where joy is. In a session, we journal, we create, and we witness ourselves and each other, without critique. You don't have to believe in anything for it to work. The shift happens by doing. With your eyes open and your heart receptive, what surfaces comes from within... the wisdom you need to move forward. Through quiet, creativity, and listening, you experience the person you're becoming. Because the most meaningful thing you can become is yourself.

And time is ticking. I feel it too.

A few words from those who have experienced Sacred Play.

A word becomes a doorway, and I follow. Lori holds the space lightly. Something unseen meets me there. A quiet remembering of my true voice.

Skye

I appreciate even the conversations at the end. It's so amazing to be able to hear people's processes and thoughts. And it's so interesting to witness myself.

Lisa

The sessions allow me to experience myself on a deeper level; what makes me tick, what moves me to create, and to hear my inner dialog with more clarity.

Katrina
